The Sparkle Quote of the Day is…Be Kind to Everyone, Including Yourself.  This quote rings true to me because I think our harshest critic is often ourselves.  In a world that strives for perfection, it’s easy to lose yourself.  I’m working on not beating myself, up for every little mistake, and focusing on the bigger picture.  How are you being kind to yourself?
